What do the titles normally look like for films in my genre (style, size, font, etc.)? What kinds of information do I need to include in the titles?
A: What the titles normally look like in my genre are mostly something that’s going to grab the audience attention and make them interested and want to figure out why is the film labeled as that and what it's about. There are a wide variety of styles the title can be in for example “Superbad “the style is bold the size is huge, and font is N/A, on the other hand the are many other movies that have multiple different styles and sizes and fonts, some may be small and in clumsy letters, it's what they think can grab the audience attention. The kind of information you need to include in the titles is what's it’s about in a smaller summary, for example “Superbad” is about a group of underage teens trying to buy alcohol for an underage party.
How are different social groups are normally represented/portrayed, stereotyped, etc. in your genre?
A: In my genre there's multiple social groups for example in the setting of high school kids that are above average in knowledge are considered “nerds”, athletes that play sports are considered “jocks” females/girls that dress nice with rich parents are considered “popular” and kids that dress oddly weird with all black are considered “emo”. Because of how they appear to people there are stereotyped and put into a group that they might not really be interested in, for example in “Superbad” the teens in the film are considered nerd/geeks because of how they appear, and the grades their achieving and their going to college. But the girls they like are popular because of they look and dress and some expose their body in public to grab others attention.
